Anchorage Digital Bank is $USDGO’s federally chartered issuer, regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. OSL handles branding and distribution, including enterprise adoption and payment-network integration. Anchorage says the bank provides reserve management, issuance operations and lifecycle management under federal oversight, and that $USDGO is backed one-to-one by U.S. dollars and high-quality liquid assets.
The trading liquidity comes through a separate arrangement. Under Fluid’s description of its Liquidity-as-a-Service product, Fluid supplies and manages liquidity for asset issuers for a flat fee, rather than requiring the issuer to supply inventory and manage trading positions itself. Fluid says it takes the risk on the liquidity strategy.
Jupiter and Fluid’s relationship predates the $USDGO integration. As The Defiant previously reported, Jupiter unveiled plans for its Fluid-powered lending protocol in May 2025.
For $USDGO, the announced rollout is trading first. “Lending markets are next. More soon,” the project said.
