With this acquisition, the company’s total fleet will grow to 89,242 miners, representing 28.1 EH/s of captive capacity with an average efficiency of 16.0 J/TH. The new machines are expected to be delivered and deployed to the company’s site in Drumheller, Alberta, Canada this month.

Bitcoin mining refers to the process of solving complex, computation-intensive equations to secure the blockchain network, potentially earning valuable, newly minted Bitcoin as a reward. Miners are typically large operations run through warehouses in places where energy is affordable, increasing profitability.

“Every decision we make is aimed at maximizing Bitcoin accumulation,” U.S. Bitcoin President Matt Prusak said in a statement. “That is the discipline our shareholders can expect from us.”

US Bitcoin said it has mined Bitcoin at a 53% discount to spot prices in the fourth quarter of 2025 – a period that saw the leading cryptocurrency set a new all-time high above $126,000 in early October. However, Bitcoin has fallen significantly since then, recently trading around $66,736. Falling prices pose a major challenge for miners.

The addition of mining capacity comes days after US Bitcoin reported a loss of $59.45 million for that quarter, despite mining efficiency. The company owns 6,039 BTC, currently valued at approximately $402 million.

U.S. Bitcoin (ABTC) shares fell nearly 6% on Tuesday from a recent price below $0.96, amid a broader stock market rout tied to uncertainty surrounding the growing Iran conflict, which President Trump instigated with Israel early Saturday. ABTC is down almost 29% in the past month.
