Solana Game ‘Nyan Heroes’ Reveals Biggest Airdrop Yet for Next Playtest

Nyan Heroes, the Heldendoers competition with cat theme built on Solana, announced the largest token AirDrop on Thursday, with 6.7 million Nyan tokens (almost $ 200,000) to be distributed during the upcoming Playtest 4 event.

The AirDrop, which runs from March 26 to April 13, represents an increase of 34% compared to the previous distribution and assigns 250,000 tokens to the top player. The remuneration structure, designed by former EVE Online Economy Director Asimakis Reppas, contains three layers: Challenger, Leaderboard and Genesis NFT.

Players can earn points by completing in-game missions and challenges, with extra opportunities through web missions such as connecting accounts and inviting friends. Genesis NFT holders receive multiplicators who stimulate points based on rarity.

PlayTest 4 introduces various new gameplay elements, including a pilot called Coco that operates Guardian Gizmo, a mech built of leftovers that can use turrets and make magnetic platforms.

The update also has Fishball, a competitive game mode where teams score by wearing or throwing a ball in goals from the opponent. A new card with Tokyo theme has also been designed for vertical movement.

Developer 9 Lives Interactive has positioned this distribution as part of the Community Rewards program by Nyan Heroes, where the current allocation represents 2% of the total pool of the community of rewards.
