SEC Agrees to Drop Lawsuit Against Binance and Founder CZ: Court Filing

The Securities and Exchange Commission submitted on Thursday to have its long -term lawsuit against Crypto Exchange Binance and his founder decreased, one Court application shows.

The largest regulator of Wall Street in 2023 claimed that Binance, his boss Changpeng “CZ” Zhao and the American sister company Binance.US offered the sale of non-registered effects, did not block the American users to gain access to the main exchange and customer funds via a “web or deceit.”
