China Renaissance Holdings Limited (HKEx: 1911.HK) has entered a strategic partnership with YZi Labs Management Ltd to support the growth of the BNB Chain ecosystem and expand the use of blockchain in RWA tokenization.
As part of the agreement, China Renaissance will allocate about $100 million to BNB, becoming the first Hong Kong-listed company to add BNB to its proprietary digital asset allocation. The company said the move reflects its aim to participate directly in the development of blockchain-based financial markets.
The partnership will also involve cooperation with China Asset Management to explore SFC-compliant digital asset funds. In addition, China Renaissance plans to work with ecosystem partners to support compliant listings of BNB on licensed virtual asset trading platforms in Hong Kong.
Another part of the collaboration includes the creation of an RWA fund that will tokenize assets such as real estate and bonds, using BNB Chain as the underlying infrastructure. The fund is expected to target several hundred million dollars.
