In short

  • AVAX One was once again able to meet Nasdaq’s minimum bid price rule of $1.00 after 10 consecutive days above the threshold.
  • The crypto treasury company rose above the floor again thanks to a 1-for-12 reverse stock split in June.
  • Interim CEO Pete Wylie says the company is now focused on growth and profitability.

AVAX One Technology, a crypto treasury company that owns Avalanche (AVAX), Announced Thursday that it has once again met Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement, resolving a listing issue that had the company under scrutiny prior to last month’s reverse stock split.

The West Palm Beach, Florida-based company said Nasdaq has confirmed that it complies with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires a stock’s closing price to remain at or above $1.00 per share. Nasdaq found that shares of AVAX One closed above this threshold for ten consecutive trading days, from June 15 through June 29, meeting the requirement and closing the case.

AVAX One executed a 1-for-12 reverse stock split on June 15 to meet compliance requirements, reducing the offering from over 92.3 million shares to just under 7.7 million shares.

“We are pleased to once again meet Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement and appreciate the trust our shareholders have placed in us during this process,” Pete Wylie, CEO of AVAX One Interim, said in a statement. “Now that this matter has been resolved, we are focused on executing on our growth and profitability initiatives. We are moving forward on all fronts.”

Wylie moved from chief operating officer to the role of interim CEO last week following the departure of former CEO Jolie Kahn. The board is looking for a permanent CEO to take over the role.

AVAX One said it is built around three business lines: an Avalanche treasury for digital assets, Bitcoin mining and an artificial intelligence infrastructure. AVAX One owns approximately 14 million AVAX tokens – worth nearly $95 million – with a net yield of approximately 6%, and runs Bitcoin mining operations in Alberta, Canada and Ohio that generate cash flow.

The company also said it is exploring AI infrastructure projects aimed at a niche it calls the “missing middle”: sites in the 5 to 50 megawatt range that are intended for enterprise inference, edge computing and regulated industries for which larger hyperscale data centers are not designed.

AVAX One is one of a wave of crypto treasury companies that emerged in 2025, following the example of the original Bitcoin treasury company Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy). However, due to declining crypto prices since last fall, many of these companies are now substantially underwater on their investments and/or their market caps are worth less than their crypto holdings.

The Avalanche-focused company’s market cap is around $40.5 million, well below the value of its crypto assets. Shares of Avax One (AVX) ended the day about 3.6% higher at $5.43, down 70% since the beginning of the year.

The Avalanche Network’s native AVAX token was recently trading at $6.71up more than 4% on the day, but down 50% since the start of 2026 and 95% from the 2021 peak price of almost $145.
