Arizona is a step closer to lock legal protection for crypto -my workers and blockchain nodes operators.

The state legislator was hired on Thursday HB 2342A bill that operates Bitcoin mines, protects or blockchain nodes at home of zoning plans and user restrictions imposed by cities or provinces.

The Senate of Arizona has cleared the bill in a narrow 17–12 mood and is now going to Governor Katie Hobbs for definitive approval.

Introduced in January by Rep. Teresa Martinez (R), HB 2342 changes the laws of Arizona to make the use of computational power in homes a matter of ‘state care’ throughout the state, effective stripping of local governments of the legal authority in this area.

By defining “Computational Power” to record blockchain operations such as mining and running nodes, the bill also focuses on artificial intelligence workload, cloud computing and powerful scientific research carried out with home setups.

About 26 states have introduced similar Bitcoin -Reserve accounts, but Arizona comes closest to a cross line, according to facts From the reserve tracker of Bitcoin Laws’ Reserve Tracker.
