Do Kwon Expected to Plead Guilty Over $40 Billion Terra Collapse

The alleged Crypto Crook do Kwon – who sat behind the failed Crypto project Terra – is now expected to plead guilty, judicial documents show.

A planning order for a possible change in the plea in the case of the United States against Kwon was submitted on Monday prior to the conference on Tuesday 12 August.

Earlier, Kwon argued in a court in New York to American criminal prosecution, including fraud about the collapse of the project, which failed in 2022, leaving a black hole of $ 40 billion and many investors from their own pocket.
