The US Office of Government Ethics on Tuesday released President Donald Trump’s annual financial disclosure, revealing significant income from his various cryptocurrency ventures through 2025.

The report, which totals more than 900 pages, details the revenues and financial assets of the president’s many companies, with crypto prominently among the largest line items.

In total, President Trump made more than $1.2 billion from crypto ventures. Trump also reported holding more than $50 million in Bitcoin and between $5 million and $25 million in Ethereum, among other digital assets.

President Trump earned just over $635 million from his meme coin alone, coming almost exclusively from royalties associated with a licensing deal with Celebration Coins, the filing said. The meme coin, which trades as TRUMP, was launched on the Solana network just days before Trump’s reconquest in January 2025. Within hours of launch, it skyrocketed to a multi-billion dollar market cap, but fizzled in the days and weeks that followed. The coin is currently trading at $1.66, at a market cap of $394 million, down about 98% from its all-time high on January 19, 2025.

The president also reported more than $588 million in net proceeds from token sales distributed by World Liberty Financial, a decentralized finance and stablecoin company controlled by the Trump family and business associates.

Today’s filing follows an earlier disclosure in May that revealed the president’s profits from trading securities, including several crypto-related stocks such as Robinhood and Coinbase.

Trump’s crypto ventures remain a point of contention among US lawmakers, including top Democrats who oppose passage of the crypto-focused Clarity Act. The bill, which passed the House of Representatives but remains in limbo in the Senate, would legalize most crypto activities in the United States. However, Democrats who oppose the bill have argued that the bill should not be passed without including ethics language banning the president and his family from engaging in cryptocurrency-related businesses.
